  • Bookings can be made via website enquiry form, phone, WhatsApp or travel agents.
  • Room categories, photos and final pricing are shared during enquiry.
  • Room photos are available on website and booking platforms.
  • Booking is confirmed only after advance payment is received.

2. Payment Policy

  • 35% advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Payment must be made only to the hotelโ€™s official approved account.
  • Remaining balance must be paid at the time of check-in.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All bookings are strictly non-refundable.
  • No refund for advance, partial or full payments.
  • Please confirm your travel plans carefully before booking.

4. Room Allocation

  • Rooms are allotted based on availability at check-in.
  • Booked room category is guaranteed, not room number.
  • Room images are for reference only.

5. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 12:30 PM
  • Check-out: 11:30 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and extra charges.

6. No-Show Policy

  • If guest does not arrive on confirmed date without notice, booking is treated as no-show.
  • No refund will be provided.

7. Guest Responsibilities

  • Valid government-issued ID proof is mandatory.
  • Guests must maintain cleanliness and hotel discipline.
  • Any damage to hotel property will be chargeable.

8. Local Conditions

Hotel Adiyogi is located in a mountain region. Travel may be affected by weather conditions, road closures or government regulations. The hotel is not responsible for delays or disruptions.

9. Third-Party Bookings

Bookings through online platforms or travel agents are subject to their policies along with hotel rules.

10. Right to Refuse Service
